Database not updating tags on mems

If I change a tag, removing it from a mem, if I make a search using the removed tag, the results of the searching process show the mem with the deleted tag.

This is quite annoying because I use tags to represent status or to identify certain mems.

I know it's an issue with the update in your database because sometimes when I make a search, the app start updating the database and all data is updated.

This issue is happening to me both in Mac Desktop and using your Web app.

I'd really appreciate you pay attention to this ticket because I'm delighted with your app but this is a critical issue that affects my daily workflow many times.

Dear Mem Team- Sorry but i just canceled my subscription. This serious bug is there for over 9 months and working tags are a key functionality of a note taking app. Would really like to hear why you have not fixed it until now ...

Any update on this from the dev team? Looks like this has been an ongoing issue for quite a while, with no communication on if/when it'll be fixed. As a new subscriber looking to move from Obsidian, this is a game breaker for me, given it breaks the core functionality and USP of why someone would choose Mem.

Hey, you really have to fix this asap. This is a core feature of so many users who migrate from other apps. I just run into this problem when changing a table of process for a big project and now it has become completely useless. Please take care of core functions of a note taking app (e.g. highlighting text, image resize for the visual part of notes, a shortcut for a link cmd + k that is not the same shortcut as your smart search, working 100?afe with tags) and so on before implementing things like smart write. a lot of people don't switch to MEM right now because the most important part (write a note - the foundation of your whole system) doesn't work. and yeah the iOS app ... when this is first touch point to MEM you will never see this user again :-) so much love for the idea of MEM but please take care of the most important things first. we all can wait for some AI-features but not for simple note-taking functionality. This is still an issue for me.....like others have said, it means I can't implement my workflow as it is based on adding/removing tags. Is there any indication on when this will be fixed? I can't really use the app in its current state.

Please fix this soon; I have been hesitant to add more notes to Mem because of this problem. I am wasting my time trying to fix tags made by mistake

Issue still happening. Like Paco Cantero and Martin Solis, I rely heavily on tags for status. This makes it impossible to manage things properly

Any idea when this will be fixed? I had to stop using Mem since some of my tags are for status and can't track anything.
